1. There are 3 Mandatory events a week. Tue/Thur/Sun. GMT 20:00-22:00, (12:00 PM- 2:00 PM Pacific) (gather starts 30 min prior to event start time, so please sign on the game 30 min prior to event starting) if you on, you coming with. Not joining events and not posting on forum, wastes other peoples time. New people will be recruited, and low attendance without posting will mean you eventually get dropped from events. A linkshell event is classed as group content that we all do together, though on rare occasions there may be 2 separate groups.
2. New members that join will be in a trial period when they first join. Trial period means new members will not get a paycheque until their trial period is up, and will not be able to lot on gear that full members (non-trial members) need. Full time members who lot a drop get that item first. If full members do not need gear and it is not lotted by anyone then gear will become free lot and trial members can lot. All members must be able to attend an event on the job that they applied to the linkshell with (This will be the character they class as their main job)
Trial members must have favourable attendance (60% and higher since we only do 3 events a week), and must have notified officers or posted in forum if cannot attend event, or will only be able to make partial attendance. Trial period is 4 weeks from the date you receive your pearl. Trial period can be extended if circumstances occur during trial that warrant an extension like too much missed attendance, etc, and the officers feel more trial time is needed.
Once the 4 week period is up the officers of the shell will discuss your trial period and determine if you have passed the trial period. The decision will be based upon attendance, communication (did you post in forum, or notify officers if you could not make events or going to be late), following and listening to instructions, jobs available and geared that are needed, willingness to participate during events, and how well you fit in the linkshell in general. Once a decision has been made you will be notified that your trial is now over and if you are a full time member.
3. The linkshell has a paycheque system that is used. Below are the paycheque rules that need to be followed.
4. The linkshell paycheque will be paid out every month, though this is determined on the rate of sales and the banks free time to calculate the split. The amount that each member will receive is based off how many events they attend each month.
5. Synth Mats, pop items, etc acquired during events will go to the bank to be sold for bank paycheques.
6. Please keep all drama out of the linkshell. We enjoy friendly banter, game debate, etc and would like to keep it a friendly atmosphere. If you have any issues with other members, etc, please discuss this in private with a sackholder, so that appropriate actions can be made for the situation if you cannot resolve the issue with the person first.
7. Members who take a long time break from game (6 months or more) will either rejoin shell as a trial member for 2 weeks or be removed from the LS. The 2 week trial will start the day they can rejoin events (have access, geared jobs, etc). Trial period means returning members will not get a paycheque until their trial period is up, and will not be able to lot on gear that full members (non-trial members) need. If full members do not need gear then gear will become free lot and trial members can lot. If you are removed from the LS this will be because the jobs that you play have no relevance in the setups we use or the jobs that you use to play have been filled in your absence by new members.
8. If at anytime a member gets removed from the shell or decides to leave on his own account (quits game, leaves shell, etc) he/she will lose all the inherent rights he/she gained during his/or her membership including paycheque, etc.
9.Coming on voice chat during events is mandatory, You do not have to speak but you must be able to listen to directions given during events.

1. The bank will lot any sellable items from events that will be sold, and the gil split among members based on event attendance. The more you attend events the higher portion of gil you will receive from bank split. Event attendance will be kept documented in the linkshell forums for all to see.
2. Paycheque will be done at the start of each month. The amount members get for each paycheque will be posted in Discord for you to review. If for some reason paycheque cannot be done at the start of each month (cannot be on game/on vacation/etc), it will be done as soon as possible.
You have 2 weeks to claim your portion of paycheque (This is from the first day it gets posted in the Discord forums). Special situations or exceptions will be evaluated by the leader. If you do not claim your paycheque in 2 weeks from the date of the payout the gil will be returned to the bank, and used to split among members that still currently attend events the following month. We will not hold paycheque gil for members beyond the 2 weeks unless that member communicates that they cannot pick it up within the 2 week period.
3. All calculations for determining bank paycheque will be rounded down when calculated for payouts.
4. New members that are on trial will not receive a bank paycheque until their 4 week trial is successfully completed, they attend events after they become regular members, and the next paycheque pay date has arrived. Trial members will not be paid for attendance during trial period.

Long time break returning members that are on trial will not receive a bank paycheque until their 3 week trial is successfully completed, they attend events after they become regular members, and the next paycheque pay date has arrived. Trial members will not be paid for attendance during trial period.
6. To get full credit for event attendance you must be on time, and stay whole event, and post if you will be late to event. If you leave event early, are late to event, etc you must have attended at least half the event in order to get partial credit for event. Calculations for paycheques are done by attendance, therefore if you do not get partial credit for attending event your attendance for that event will not count toward paycheque. Example: You go into Dynamis D and D/C after 30mins, then do not come back online/to event. You will not get credit for being at event (paycheque for attending that event) because you were not there for half the event. If you D/C and do not inform any leader you will lose all credit for attendance for that event.
1. All members get one lot per run to use as their choosing. If an item is not lotted then it will go free lot and anyone can lot.
The exception is Dynamis Divergence where those that have posted on the forum will get priority If any Volte gear drops that they have commented in their 5 gear loot.
2. If a shard goes free lot and multiple people lot and you win lot on it then if the same shard drops again and multiple people lot you must let someone else have it. We do not want people winning tons of stuff while others get nothing. Please be considerate of your fellow members. Rusted - I , Black –I, Old cards and S. Astrals will be lotted by a leader or nominated member and split between all who have attended each Dynamis run at the end when we zone out. All medals (Beastman ,Kindred and Heroism) will be lotted by bank and sold and split in paycheques at the end of each month. Paycheque are handed out at the start of each month if there is enough worthy of splitting.
Only main jobs will be able to lot on shards, If a mule wants a shard then they will have to buy it from the LS bank at a reduced ah rate.
1. After an event is finished any items/gil that is available to split between members will be distributed evenly between those that attend the event.
2. If a member decides to drop right after an event is finished then it will be up to the linkshell member handing out drops to decide to pass on that members loot or to split between those that stayed.
